Shakespeare’s Juliette once asked, “Would not a rose by any other name smell as sweet?” Roses are often connected to love and romance, but they aren’t the only plants to be associated with amour. The Love Portions from the Vine Tour at the Denver Botanic Gardens explores a host of enticing, inspiring, and downright seductive plants. Stop by the Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory between Friday, Feb. 7 and Saturday, Feb. 15 to escape the chill and learn more about these less famous — but no less romantic — tropical plants.
