As November approaches, you know snow is soon to follow. So get out while the getting is good! Here is our list of November 2019 Denver activities for older adults!

No matter a person’s age, regular movement and exercise provides many great health benefits. To help provide opportunities for older adults to get the physical exercise they need to stay healthy, Denver Parks and Recreations presents the SilverSneakers® program! Cardholders can attend yoga, cardio, and circuit classes, as well as the “SilverSneakers Classic” — a class designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement. Chairs are used for seated exercises. Classes can be modified to accommodate the senior’s particular fitness level. For more information about the SilverSneakers program, click HERE.
