Sometimes, change is good!

All relationships have their bumps. We here at Care & Comfort at Home for Seniors and Veterans don’t expect everything to always be smooth sailing between our caregivers and our clients. We know that starting a relationship between a senior or veteran and her or her caregiver will have its moments of difficulty.

Always willing to make changes

But — at any time, for any reason, or even for no reason at all — you can always call us to make a change. One of the many advantages to using our agency is that, if things aren’t working out, we can — and will — make changes for you. It’s simple: You just call or text us at any time and request a change of caregivers.

Our flexibility is key

Our easy flexibility is one of our many qualities that set us apart from the competition. First and foremost, we make every effort to facilitate a great match between a caregiver and a new client, right from the start! But, being that we are human too, we realize that relationships are both delicate and complicated, and might not always work.

The family matters, too

We also realize that the relationship is not just between the caregiver and the client, but also between the caregiver and the entire family. That’s why we like to have as many family members as possible present for our free in-home assessments. Doing so helps us to get the right caregiver for both the client and the family. Caregiving is much less stressful on everybody if we get this match right the first time. But, if we don’t, we can still adjust accordingly and improve the situation.

We are here if you need us

I hope it’s comforting to know that, if a relationship between the client, the family, and our caregiver is not working out,  Care & Comfort at Home for Seniors and Veterans will by there to make the necessary changes and make things right.

What happens when “things happen”

We know relationships at times can be difficult to manage. All care providers must deal with the “human” side of caregiving, and we are no exception. But we like to think that our ability to change and improve situations — quickly and easily — makes us special.

Things happen. It’s how we deal with those things when they happen that makes all the difference for our clients — for the better.
